You have good stats but it is so competitive that I would recommend you apply more broadly.
I also went to UIC and had similar stats as yours. You can look at my previous posts to see them. However, I was fortunate to have been accepted into multiple programs including Midwestern.

If you apply for early decision, if you get in you have to go there. So it you don't think you'll be happy then wait till the general app process is open. You shouldn't settle if you're putting so much money and time into it. You're stats are competitive, but there are no guarantees.I'd personally apply ED if i wouldn't mind going to that school, but it sounds like you want to hold out for UIC.
