You don't want to apply EDP

Yeah, from what I've heard, EDP = Russian Roulette. The only reason I can possibly see doing it is if you are like a third time applicant and don't want to spend all the money and time to apply broadly, blah blah blah.

Don't do it!

I did EDP, now I am hanging out for the rest of the year not worrying about the whole app process...First time applicant...Everyone else I know personally who applied (6 people) got in EDP too...

my school let no one in edp this year... you're a dying breed.

If you apply early enough and get interviews in September, you could get an acceptance on October 15th, a measly two weeks after EDP people while not playing the russian roulette.

EDP is really only for exceptionally strong candidates who really can only go to one school (if they can't move due to family, for example). Since you basically have to be exceptional to get into EDP in the first place (many schools even state this), then you're probably good enough for other schools so why limit yourself?

Also, you have no idea if you really like a school or not until you interview. There were schools that I thought I'd love, but walked out of interview hating, and visa versa. With EDP, you don't get this option.

i was under the impression that EDP pigeon holed the applicant bad. Is this still the case?

This. In addition, I just barely met my schools 3.7/30 criteria. I got a 3.8 30. I heard of noone from my state school who applied edp and didnt get in.

To answer the OP, IU and UK do for sure.
