Does anyone have any statistics regarding persons applying ED to medical schools? Like is there a chart somewhere that maps out the percent admitted via ED by mcat and Gpa?

As far as I know, no there is no such a chart available for early decision as schools are not required to release such information. I've been told that the best way to gauge whether you should apply early decision is to contact the admissions office at your school of interest directly because it can vary greatly from school to school. Does a student ever get an advantage from EDP? I have always thought that schools make their acceptance decision based (not solely) on how likely it is that an applicant will matriculate.

Oh well I suppose. It seems like there really is no advantage to applying ED either.
