Hi all. I have an interview in mid-September at a competitive, private, out of state school with rolling admissions (and no early decision option). Think my chances are increased because of the early interview, or does it not matter? I have yet to hear from any of the other schools I applied to.

Thanks and good luck to everyone!

I think you have great shot regardless based on your stats!

Your stats are great, but I think now it all depends on how well you do on your interview. They definitely are interested, but still have the option to hold off on any acceptances and see how well the other applicants do. Not trying to scare you lol, just make sure you study up on the school and go over a few questions and you'll do fine.

Just be yourself. You are clearly one of their top candidates if you were invited to the first interview date.
