Has anyone had any issues with wearing studs at a Prometric testing center?

I recently got a cartilage piercing that I don't think will be healed by the time I take the test, and it seems like they've gotten pretty strict about jewelry: United States Medical Licensing Examination | Announcements

Earrings shouldn't be an issue unless you're taking CS.
