Easiest Journal to publish abstracts

Hi, I have a clinical stroke-related abstract which I would like to publish in a neurology journal. Which journal do you recommend when it comes to ease of accepting and publishing submitted abstracts?

Abstracts are generally only published on their own as part of conference proceedings, not journals.

Submit it to the AAN meeting as a poster presentation and it will get published as an abstract. The bar is not that high, to be honest.
