"Easy" PGY1 rotations for when repeating US residency neuro training?

I am an Australian trained neurologist and looking to repeat neurology training in the US. Looking for an "easier" internship prior to PGY2-4 neurology, as have already done this work before. Any recommendations for a quiet internship in an interesting city? Would appreciate your views.

WHY would anyone come to America to practice neurology from Australia, the migration is now the other way???? Just curious...
