EBM Topic Suggestion?

Hi everyone..
I was wondering for those that have done the clerkships, residency, or graduated had any ideas on an interesting topic to present? I have a brief 10-15 min talk on anything OBGYN and want to steer clear of topics that are either too eclectic/esoteric or yawn inducing to the attendings that have heard a particular topic 10 million times.

basically, something evidenced based AND interesting...

I'm kinda in a rut searching uptodate and ovid etc
