How long does it take ECFMG to issue the certificate once they report the score for the last required exam?

hi,

depends on if all your credentials that ECFMG reqired are all verified (you can see this on OASIS).
If so, it only takes a couple of days as in my case.

I got mine in less than a week. Crazy fast.

Comes via FedEx - I was first notified via email of the tracking number. This is how I found I had passed my last exam, and thus qualified for certification.

2 weeks for me, after I waited 13 weeks for a CS score.

If your credentials are not verified, it will have to wait for that. And, credential verification can take time. That was about 7 weeks in my case.
