ECFMG certified (newly)

Hi, I just got my ECFMG certification yesterday!

However, when I sent my CAF in September, I put 'No' on the ECFMG Certification question.
I just used the 'profile tab' on myeras to change it to 'yes', and it has changed on the CAF.

Does that mean that programs will automatically get notified of my new certification status, or is there anything else I need to do ???
