Just wondering if anyone knows what the "ECFMG Status Report" is? It's showing up in my ERAS Post Office.

The ECFMG status report provides official notification of whether an IMG/FMG has received their certification. It's only important for programs that require certification prior to interview or ranking. It doesn't apply to USMGs at all.
