ECs at UC Berkeley Extension

What kinds of ECs can be done by attending UC Berkeley Extension? So far I've come up with Stanford Hospital volunteering, tennis, and Biology research at Berkeley. The Extension classes are all afternoon to nighttime, so that leaves the day pretty much open to ECs and extra reading.

Whatever you're interested in, the bay area has EVERYTHING, especially in SF. You'll find something.
