ED volume growing pains

Democratic group whose volume has continued to rise as most groups have, but with what seems like an ever decreasing supply of EM physicians. Advertising is always difficult because you never want to put a target on your groups back for MEGA groups to take shots at. We have continued to offset our need for Docs with PAs. Anyone else have a good way to reach Job hunters without using head hunters?

I saw an ad in one of the throwaways, and I emailed the guy. I said something about the throwaway, and he got all snotty and pissy and said "that 'throwaway' reaches 40,000 people per month!"

So, that is a consideration. I thought that the ads in the back of those were for **** jobs that suck, and were difficult to fill for a reason. Maybe that isn't the whole story.
