Hey guys, just got an e-mail saying I got a conditional offer to Edinburgh. Anybody know what the conditions usually are?
ucas is their application service. I'm from the USA so I applied through vmcas, they said they were sending the info this week, I'm not gonna stress over it.
Same. What I am going to stress over is how much time they allow to decide and 'hold' the spot since I have a school I'd prefer, but haven't heard anything from yet.
No. I am a medical student in the U.S. I did a pharmacology degree at Edinburgh, so I'm familiar with what their offer means. I had a conditional offer after application, and I met their conditions - though I think the conditions came under separate cover from the first letter (the one described above). A couple of my friends did not meet their "conditional offer" and either failed to enroll or they were able to squeeze in if there were places left over after all the "unconditional and conditional-met" applicants enrolled.Scottish Chap,
Are you a current Vet Med student at Edinburgh?
