Thank you very much. I am wondering whether it's a waste of my money to go after some "far reach" schools like, for example, Harvard, Yale. I feel they are reasonably matched to my MCAT but not to my GPA and the fact I have no research. I have limited time and cash for secondaries during my gap year so I don't want to throw that away, but if the chance is reasonable?

Concentrate on the more realistic schools.
