Eeek help!!! 193 on NBME 7

Just took nbme 7 and got 193 today

I've read through FA once but haven't started UW (going to start tomorrow and plough through hard with 92q a day for first half and 115q the second half of UW).

I was still planning on just doing UW and FA...and optimizing that because I can't extend my test date without going into the next graduating class :/ along with pathoma/RR...and do NBMEs every 2 weeks and the 2 UWSAs and free 150 in my last 2 weeks.


I have 6 weeks till my exam.... And just trying to figure out how much I can realistically improve. So scared right now cuz I'm an IMG graduating 2015 so a bad score will crush me.


If anyone has any helpful advice, I would GREATLY appreciate it. 😱

Do UW and then take another NBME

You need at least a 240 to be taken remotely seriously anywhere as an IMG. If not a US citizen, make that a 250.

Do UW. How did you think you were going to do without the vast majority of your studying even started?

Well I did about 1200 Rx questions alongside FA, I was going to take these 6 weeks to do UW as much as possible and review FA again alongside..
