EEGLab Difficulty

Hey, everyone! I used the iWorx EEG (it's an older system) for data collection for my dissertation, which primarily uses LabScribe. I have been able to convert the files to both .edf and .set files in the past. However, when trying to run an ICA analysis in EEGLab with the data, I am keep getting an error message about channel locations. Has anyone else run into this problem with LabScribe before or a similar problem using a different collection software than EEGLab? Please let me know. Any recommendations are much appreciated.
