I have been using EK bio and BR bio books. I noticed that both books have their strong and weak chapters. For example, nervous system was better in EK while Metabolism was better in BR. For the rest of chapters, I would like to know which review was better.

Here is my opinion on each chapter. This chapter list is based on EK bio.

1. Molecular Biology, Cellular Respiration
BR was far better

2. Genes

3. Microbiology

4. The Eukaryotic Cell, The Nervous System
EK was better on the Nervous System.

5. Endocrine system

6. Digestive System
EK was better?

7. Cardiovascular System

8. Muscle Bone and Skin

9. Population

Wow, thanks! I'm using EK for content review and TBR for passages so this helps me out a lot in knowing which chapters from EK could be supplemented!

I used EK, and felt woefully unprepared for the level of detail encountered in the Mendelian genetics passages for my exam. I never took a genetics class, so what I studied in EK was all I knew. I'm pretty sure that is covered in the last chapter, 'Populations' of the EK Bio book. I think there might be a trend towards this subject area in current administrations.
