the answer in the back of the book is B2, and there is no explaination in the back of the book. what did i do wrong? i really think the answer is C..........

I think it's a typo. Br and Oxygen are given more priority over carbonyl.

I could be wrong but I think B is the correct answer, I'm pretty sure an aldehyde is higher priority than an alcohol
