Is Chou's fairly digestible? Not necessarily looking for the definitive text on EKG's, just a quality somewhat in depth review. Not dubin's / dubinsesque. Thanks!

Try Amal Mattu's ECGs for the Emergency Physician.

Both of Amal Mattu's ECGs for emergency physician books are good. 12 lead ECG: the art of interpretation by Garcia is another good one.

Agree with Yoda that the Art of Interpretation by Garcia is an excellent resource and is probably the best book I've read on the subject. I supplemented this with Wave Maven (google it) as well as O'Keefe's Complete Guide to ECGs. If you look at all of these you'll be reading EKGs like a pro.
