Hey everyone.

I will be starting IM residency next year and somehow I yet do not feel completely comfortable with EKGs. I can do the basics but I feel like I want to get more practice. I guess I dont learn just by reading - so has anyone come across a sort of interactive EKG program or a website, that gives you the EKG as an MCQ, and then explains it step by step (e.g. how UWorld does it for the USMLEs)?

Will really appreciate any inputs.

This book is a little pricey and is geared towards fellows, but has lots and lots of practice examples with pretty thorough explanations. If you can find someone at your institution who has access to the ACC's ECG-SAP (web based self-study), it is also geared towards fellows but a good resource.

For the iPhone/iPod Touch owners: "The ECG Guide" by Andrade is 5 bucks very well spent.
