Does anyone have any experience or would be willing to tell info about their time working as a Cardiac Telemetry/Monitor Tech? I am interviewing soon for a 36hr position at a hospital and I am very excited/nervous. Any help you could offer would be splendid!

howdy.
That's what I'm currently doing for work. I'd recommend it only in the case that you don't have too many patients to monitor. I do night shift and typically have 3-9 patients. I say this because I'm able to study the majority of my shift while still safely monitoring patients. On the other hand, I have a few friends that have worked at a much larger hospital that have 20+ patients which obviously doesn't allow for much down time. That many patients is honestly just a lot more monotonous and stressful so I wouldn't recommend that. Full time tele would get boring without the ability to focus on anything else (i.e. studying) the whole time.
