Would you cover the elective lymph nodes for an extramedullary plasmacytoma?

No standard. I used to listen to chartrounds.com, and this question came up frequently. No consensus among experts. How big is the tumor and where is it?

I've seen people doing it for higly lymphatic-rich "primary" (if you can call plasmocytoma a "primary") locations, for example in the head & neck region.
But it's clearly no standard.
