"better" depends on what you are looking for. If you could provide a little more info the answers would probably be more useful.
For example:
Is this a place you'd like to eventually match?
Are you more clinically or basic science motivated?
Are you looking for a bigger or smaller place?
well a couple of things.. I want a program with great staff, residents and TEACHING.. not throw you out there..I would not mind a small or a large program..
If you are doing an elective this fall, you might want to keep in mind that North Carolina is not accepting any applications for residency spots this year. So, if you are looking to match this year, I would recommend going with one of the other two....
