Hey everyone!

So I have the Bien Air EVO 1:5L EVO15 Micro-Series CA and an MX2 Motor. I want to create a setup at home so that I can practice drilling. Anyone know what else I would need to purchase in order to create this setup?

Are you a foreign trained dentist trying to practice before being evaluated during interviews, or a pre-dent trying to get an edge before school starts?

If you have the motor and controller already, guess you would just need suction and a good light source. A loupe light would suffice for lighting, and you'll need that professionally anyway. You could probably rig up some kind of suction connecting to a wet/dry shop vac.

FWIW if you're wanting to get a leg up on dental school classes, I'm not sure but would think practicing at home with your own setup could make learning more challenging in some ways: your electric handpiece will have a very different feel vs a traditional air turbine handpiece, which is what most of the schools would have for you to use.

This pre-dent is giving the word “gunner” a whole new meaning.
