USMLE Eligibility period 2015, when can we pick them

so today I wanted to start my registration process for the step and since I'm a foreign graduate i wanted to give my school time to verify me. I expect to be ready by november so I wanted to pic the period nov-jan or dec2014-feb2015 HOWEVER I didnot no eligibility period for 2015 is posted yet, does anyone know when can we pick eligibility period of 2015?

I wanted Nov-Dec-Jan too. Called them up just now and they said it will be available only by mid-September when they upgrade their system.
