Step I Doubt regarding eligibility period for the steps

Hello, I am an IMG planning to take step 1 next year. I just read in the usmle website about how there would be changes in 2020 and if I am testing in 2020, I should abide by the changes then. Does eligibility period cover a single step or all the four exams? Should I be worried about this? Can someone please explain?
