It's been awhile since anyone posted about EM board review books. Does anyone have any recommendations for books to review for in-service and the ABEM boards (other than the standard EM textbooks i.e. Rosen's)?
From my own online research, it would seem Rivers is the most popular, but has anyone tried out High Yield Emergency Medicine from intrainingprep.com? From my friends, I've only heard a little about Rivers and some people though maybe it was too long and dense for board review. I used First Aid for the EM boards last year on in-service (and did well) but it seemed to miss out on a lot of vital stuff and had a decent amount of errata.
I'd rather not throw down the $200+ on any more books without hearing more about them. Thoughts?
