EM friendly prelim/transitional programs?

For those of you considering a 2-4 EM program, have you heard of any EM friendly prelim/transitional programs. I've been told by many that a "Good" transitional program is highly sought after and recommended over a prelim due to more elective time.

As many in EM, I've applied to a few strong 2-4 programs (Cook, Jacobi, Mt. Sinai, LAC/USC) and too few prelims. I don't want to scramble for a prelim/transitional but I haven't gotten many of those interviews and I'm a little concerned.

any thoughts?
