Yup - Tint or Rosen. We use Tintinalli but it just depends on what the residency chooses.

I like Rosen's better. Just a style issue.
Either book is good.

As a resident you will likely have access to an electronic library which will have both books available online for free.

Rosen is part on the "ClinKey" service.
A nice feature is they have links to the references and you can read some of the primary literature with a few clicks.
This is good once you want to get past the basics.
