Email from a school but pending verification.

The strangest thing happened today. My AMCAS application status still reads "Ready for Review" but I got an email from a school that says they received my application, and should have their secondary accessible by August 1. Has that happened to anyone else? According to the verification thread on here, I should be verified any day now. 😕😕

Don't worry about it. Schools have all sorts of crazy rules about when they'll release secondaries. It may have triggered as after you submitted your primary instead of waiting for verification.

And you can bet that once that sucker's verified, those e-mails will come pouring in. Before long, you'll literally be praying for a hotkey for Microsoft Word's word count function.
