Email from Maryland saying they created a UMID account for me. Is this a good sign?

I just received an email from University of Maryland saying that my University of Maryland, Baltimore account (UMID) has been activated and is ready for you to set up. Under it, in bold, the email mentions that "This is not an admissions letter". So clearly not accepted yet.

I interviewed a week ago and really loved their curriculum. Is this a good sign; or am I just being hopeful?

I received the the same email about 3 weeks but it says in big bold letters that it is not a letter of admissions so I am not sure what to make of it. Although, I am not sure why they would send it to students they had no intention of accepting (seems like a waste to me). Hopefully, It is good news for us come friday!!

Did you sign up for FAFSA and add Maryland school code?

Yea, I think I did a couple days before getting the email so that probably triggered it, bummer!
