PhD/PsyD Email from site after internship interview

I received an email from a site I interviewed at that mentioned the two psychs I interviewed with enjoyed meeting me and how they hope they can reaffirm that they could meet my training goals. Does this mean they’re ranking me highly? I would hope they wouldn’t send an email like that and then rank someone less than 3 (they have 3 positions available).

Doesn't necessarily mean a lot, unfortunately. They might be really interested or they might send a similar email to everyone or somewhere in between. Sites are very motivated to not go into Phase II
