Are you back at school? If so drop by and say you are following up on your email. It's probable that the professor was away or out of town and just hasn't responded.

Go to his office. Some people just aren't email people.

So i know I screwed up in the first place by emailing him and not asking in person, but I was pretty close with this professor and he seemed to like me. I emailed him mid winter break but didn't get a response.
Should I go to his office or send another follow up email?
