Emailing update/letter of interest

So when I email my letter of interest/update letter, what should I put in the subject line? I was thinking about putting Prospective student AAMC#.

It has been said (at SDN and elsewhere) that the best letters of interest sound almost like letters of intent...i.e., it is hard to discern the two.

However, by explicitly make the subject "Letter of Interest"...I don't know.
