lol it's factored in, becuase if they have to hire more people to run the station they'll charge you more...you just can't tell because all your stations are full-service.
In NY, a lot of stations have both Full service and Self service pumps, and they have different prices on them for gasoline, so it's definitely factored here.
I don't know, the gas in NJ has been cheaper than FL and PA where I've been this week, and I know it's cheaper than NY. If tips are factored in on top of gas, then the NJ gas must be ridiculously cheap!!!
