I am not a physical therapist, but one of my close friends just graduated PT school and I wanted to get her embroidered scrubs as a gift.

I'm not sure what proper etiquette for titles or placement is. Would the below be fine?

Do you know where her next job is? They may have a specific format or color preference. If not, generically that looks fine.
