Embryology Question

I' d like some help with the developement of the Vagina.
I think that the superior 1/3 is developed from the paramesonephric ducts and the inferior 1/3 from the urogenital sinus. However, in other sourses, they say that the superior 2/3 is developed by the paramesonephric duct. Which one is true?

Upper 2/3 from PMD
Lower 1/3 from UGS

I have annotated in my FA that the upper ONE-third is PMD. The lower 2/3 is urogenital sinus.

Basically, that is the same as the original print on FA2012 as well. However, they changed it in the errata. Googling gave me this:

1. The opinion on the development of the vagina is currently changing. The vagina is thought to develop from the vaginal plate, entirely. According to the old theory, the upper one-third of the vagina should develop from the fused müllerian duct, while the lower two-third from the urogenital sinus.

So, maybe it won't be tested. If it is, 1/3rd PMD, 2/3rd UGS sounds like the way to go. Damn errata.

Btw, that info I have annotated I'm fairly certain came from USMLE Rx (based on the fact that it's written in black ink, and I had annotated from Kaplan in orange and UWorld in green).

Well, i was confused with this errata because, in BRS embryology 2011 it says that the upper 1/3 comes from PMD something i have read in several other books too.
