This question is for everyone who recently received an e-mail from Emory saying that their file is complete. Part of this e-mail reads "If you do not immediately receive an invitation to interview, this does not mean you have been eliminated from consideration." Have any of you gotten an invitation yet? I'm just curious about the word 'immediate' there, as I have not been fortunate enough to get this interview right off the bat.

Definitely wondering about this too! I think/hope that they meant "soon" instead of "immediately."

I would assume (but I don't know) that they are just again referring to the fact that they do not reject anyone until interviews are done

me: "why haven't i gotten this email yet?"
answering myself: "oh because I didn't finish the secondary yet!"
