Which among these trainings + a short related work experience will be most beneficial for a pre-med student towards "clinical experience"? I am comparing these 4 because from my research it appears (from left to right) they need fewer training hours and are more suitable to do online. And hence (left to right) provide the most flexibility to juggle between undergrad course work and these trainings.

Do whatever you would be more personally interested in. As an EMT, you'll be "doing" the most but you don't really see the day to day of a physician, which you would get more of as a scribe or MA. Ultimately, as long as you show longitudinal dedication to one of these, you'll be fine.
