Enantiomer question

So in one of chads vids he draws (R)-2-bromobutane, then he says he is drawing its enantiomer which is its mirror image but then he draws the mirror image but with Br still in the front. Shouldn't Br be dashed in its mirror image to be its enantiomer, and shouldn't the enantiomer be in the S conformation?
