How hard is it to get into endocrinology?

It depends on your reasearch and where you are coming from. Endo has a lot of focus on research and programs like that. There are 2 and 3 year programs, depending on your needs and wants after fellowship. I have a PhD as well with heavy research so I opted for 2 year, since I do not want to be university based after fellow.
