Has anyone ever seen any studies that relate endorphin circulation (such as after a nice run or workout), to mental performance???

Just curious. But, if so, I just may take a little run the morning of...

Don't know about running, but definitely listen to Mozart on your way to the testing site. It makes you smarter. I always do that before a test and it really works! It gets your neurons firing away.
 
this running thing... it is the second time i've heard it in 24 hrs.

yesterday, i saw this kid in the library studying for the mcat-- as it turns out-- the AUGUST MCAT!! but that is besides the point.

and he also said to take a leisure jog the morning of to "get oxygen to my brain." i may take a brisk walk, and listen to some fun, hip- hop music to get me pumped!

someone else recommended taking two excedrine or aleve with breakfast to ease the mucles and prevent a headache from coming on... i do it occasionally with diags, and it works for me!
