Hello, Im somewhat of a usual reader, not much of a poster though...
Its is known about the advantage scopes offer in cholesteatoma surgery... mostly related to scopes ability to look behind corner
For those who have some experience with endoscopic stapes surgery, I would like to know how often do you see it in your environment and what are the reasons to use an endoscope in such a clear-cut surgery with zero to few “surprises”, you know you are losing a hand and some other advantages offered by the traditional microscopic technique...
