Any IR attendings/fellows/residents with IR aspiration here about combined specialty groups, cards/vasc surge/IR ?(other then Miami Vascular/Endovascular group in San Jose). This seems like a good practice model, as each could bring in lots of RVUS, especially rads, with their ability to interpret non-angio stuff and to do interventional onc stuff. would love some input.

Have no idea about private practice. But for all the complaints of turf wars there really is a lot of collaboration b/w IR and vascular, and NIR and neuro surg. Here the IR fellows regularly participate in vasc surg endovascular interventions and scrub into their OR vein cases, and likewise vasc surg participates in interesting AVM embolizations etc that IR has going on. It is pretty symbiotic actually.
