Is this stuff correct:

The highest energy conformation of a cyclohexane has the largest groups in equatorial positions. Does that mean the more stable they are, the higher the energy?

The more stable the radical - the less exothermic it is.

The more bond strain - the less stable a molecule is and the more energy that will be released.
