"Well, get in then," said Thirteen.
The humans all piled into the surprisingly roomy police box. The coordinates were set for the future...but Wolsey the cat, who had been hiding in the piping, had other ideas. He skittered across the control panel chasing after all the blinky flashy lights, hitting random buttons as he went. The TARDIS unceremoniously dumped half its cargo somewhere in 16th century Britain, while the rest sped along to today.
The Doctor looked around sheepishly at the remaining passengers. They did not seem pleased.

Across the Channel in another lifetime, a bender was turning into much more than just a rough night out in Paris. A limousine sped through the streets as an unmarked car gave chase, following much too close for comfort. As they went into a tunnel, there was a screech of tires and then flashes of bright lights... cameras... headlights... ambulance lights... heaven? The Princess faded away from this earth, but her legacy will not be forgotten.
Bloody tunnels.

In the North Riding of Yorkshire, a jovial boss tossed the keys to his brand new Rover to his new associate. "Here Jim, take the car out to the Alderson's. You've earned it!" The earnest-faced associate grinned as he caught the keys, tossed his medical bag in the car, and set off to see to a cow who had been down with milk fever for hours. An IV bolus of calcium gluconate worked miracles, and his face shone with joy as he watched the newborn calf nuzzling her mother. Deep in thought and pondering the beauty of life, he didn't even hear the intruder walk up behind him. He was beheaded without a word and left to bleed out into the straw.

I did a thing. Below is a list of everyone living and the number of times they ended a day with a vote on a known wolf. The asterisks represent the number of times the person was on a wolf when they flipped. Note that everyone above the dotted line was either on both wolves when they flipped or was on a confirmed wolf at the end of each day (LIS).

Barks 4**
Lis 4*
Dina 3**
Capri 2**
Cray2**
----------
Cyndia 1*
Dubz 1*
Finn 1*
Mayo 1*
MsP 1*
Stagg 1*
Sporty 1*
Alley 0
Genny 0
Samac 0

One more list perspective. Here's the list of people who were NOT on MKG or Sunny on the days they flipped (Max # is 2):

Samac 2
Alley 2
Genny 2
Cyndia
Dubz
Finn
Mayo
MsP
Stagg
Sporty

If we include Finn as a wolf (aka people not on MKG, Sunny, or Finn; edit* Max # is 2):
Dubz
Finn
MsP
Stagg
Sporty

Here's what it looks like if we include the day of the MKG/Visc tie (Max # is 3):
Samac 3
Alley 3
Genny 3
Cyndia 2
Dubz 2
Finn 2
Mayo 2
MsP 2
Stagg 2
Sporty 2
Capri
Cray

And here's what it looks like including the MKG/Visc tie day assuming Finn is a wolf (Max # is 3)
Dubz 2
Finn 2
MsP 2
Sporty 2
Stagg 2
Capri
Cray
Cyndia
Mayo
Samac

Note: For these lists the higher the number the worse the record. Edit* and also do not include votes on the current D5 cycle.

I’m pretty sure there’s incorrect stuff on here. On just a quick glance through, I noticed you left genny off mkg, when she was the one that put in a very last second vote to flip it to mkg and cause her to be yeeted? That’s the big basis of why I’m village leaning her.

Also while this looks like you’re putting in work, looking just purely at numbers and who voted what doesn’t take into account at all the timings of votes and switches which can mean a lot more than the bare numbers at the end.

They're both dreadfully boring works written by crappy authors. Legit question, have you ever seen me wolf? Because I'm nowhere close to that terrible as a wolf.

Other than your discomfort with that one post, what else makes you think I'm a wolf?

I don’t believe I’ve ever seen you wolf unless it was pre my hiatus, in which case I don’t remember.

And Im not calling you a bad wolf, I just think it’s more a commentary on that you’ve been somewhat mia and not super paying attention and have voted dead players multiple times. So I could very easily see you forgetting about roles and subconsciously referencing it. Or pulling a rojo and that was meant to be a wolf chat joke.

She didn't vote mkg, she moved her vote off bread and onto...I don't remember who right now, but that put mk in the lead.

Otherwise I agree

Cyndia tho do you recall the old old days we played WW together? Never wolfed before tho.

vagueeely?? I have poor memories of those days tbh bc I was pretty busy and not the most involved. I mostly remember my very early games when I had a lot of free time and was a very active player.

sorry posted in response to the first question without seeing your second question. Your vca at a glance looks bad because you pretty much totally stayed away from a lot of the wolf flips. And the number of dead village yeets you’ve tried is bugging me. Almost feels like you were just reaching to find a reason to yeet people without reading the thread. And then honestly it is 90% because of that comment you made because it really just set off a lot of red flag gut feelings and I don’t want to ignore that.

All that being said, I haven’t had a chance to reread everything since the mkg/sunshine flips and I’d really like to do that tonight before close to see what else stands out. I’m also VERY interested in a Finn flip too because it’s convenient she got jailed and the claim is still very weird and also a big red flag to me. I wouldnt be surprised if wolves had started jailing their own in protection if they were seeing non wolf nks happen. Which will also make me look back at dubz and genny since they were the others jailed earlier if I recall correctly. A Finn flip will also help with vca since she was a bit more interactive on thread than you were, so there’s a good chance I’ll flip back to her before the end of the night. But I’m not sure yet.

Updated reads, @alleycat03 and Cyndia, on one another please.

that’s a good question... I leaned her light village early on and kind of haven’t been paying attention to her since. I’m about to head back off lunch so can’t update that read now but I’ll do her first whenever I get home tonight. I also have no idea on LIS, sporty and Capri.

This reminds me. @Crayola227, did you ever answer why mayo?
I think I may have missed a couple pages somewhere so it's possible I missed your response.

Ideally I would get time to ISO alleys posts but that doesn’t seem like it’s going to be today. Also interested in doing the same for capris posts because I had a thought that maybe she was continuing to make the color coded tallies to just look helpful (which may be hypocritical of me but whatever)

Idk, I feel like there's more to it than that, but maybe that's just my paranoia.

@LetItSnow , what are your thoughts on the Dubz v Cray convo?

@Ms Procrastinator what are your thoughts on literally anything? Last time you ghosted in a game I played you were furry...

Dubz is virtually unreadable because she plays the same no matter what. Already discussed it with samac. Short, pokey, sometimes slightly vague comments. I can't read her.

Cray's play is overall fine, but I'm really, really struggling with the vig thing. No matter what Cray says about the timing being appropriate, I don't see it that way. And I don't see the targets as being obvious choices.

Thx for the tag. Only way I'm noticing anything. Just got home 4 hours late from my overnight, going back to work in a few hours.

I haven’t decided who I’m voting for? I realize they’re not permanent and I’m so very conflicted because I want to go back on finn but on the off chance she’s honest I don’t want to lose the role.

I'm super confused about this. Yesterday (game yesterday) you were 100% going to go Finn if Sunny got lynched. I know you just said why, since I quoted it, but I'm confused over what changed. It didn't stop you from voting for Finn last time.

Hm.

I don't like the Stagg vote after pages 90-91. I'm not sure I want to extend the Finn vote and make it a runaway.

I've moved Cray village in my head.

Well alissa is dead...not sure how you mix up finn and alley though

I didn't know if my switch from Finn to Alissa would leave my vote on Finn or if it would move it to dead Alissa. Hence why I said to unexecute those two (whoever the vote was sitting on) and move it to alley.

I don’t believe I’ve ever seen you wolf unless it was pre my hiatus, in which case I don’t remember.

I'd consider this game terrible play from my end if I were actually a wolf. Not that it matters, but wolf-Stagg takes a bit more pride in my play than I do as village.

I agree with Cray that kill timing would be pretty stupid for wolves unless they were actively going to use that to argue it was a village action, which wolf Cray could very well have been doing. However, the fact that she vigged Zenge which would draw attention to MKG and Sunny who we now know are wolves seems like a kind of terrible wolf move. I still don't understand the Alissa kill, but it would be another god awful wolf move if Finn flips wolf. A Finn wolf flip would essentially confirm Cray as non-wolf for me.

Looking at this tally and getting serious cold feet. I know I had reasons for not wanting to flip Finn yet but....

Can everyone on Stagg tell me why they are not voting Finn today? I'd like to know.

I'm honestly kinda OK resolving them before end game, but by my math we may only get to lose 5 villagers before parity if we only have misvotes, and with NK factored in we may in reality only get 2 or 3 more flips. So Finn and Stagg may get to be only the last 2 eggs we crack.

At least this is how I start thinking about endgame, because our ability to choose who to flip for data/find wolves starts to become very limited.

This reminds me. @Crayola227, did you ever answer why mayo?
I think I may have missed a couple pages somewhere so it's possible I missed your response.
Mayo is much quieter, less jokey, and I had serious sus on short early game that a reread of first 20 pages didn't find terribly reassuring. Right or wrong I've mostly put it aside because I've read the act of being subbed as village, although I know I shouldn't. My reads have also been really off and frankly I just haven't wanted the fight with village over it when there's seemingly no support. If I was more sure I would push hard as piss there anyway, but I'm not.

All of this, and my feelings about DocE and liking his pushes, made me willing to back whatever game he was playing at earlier. He thought it was a bad read but whatever.

Zenge was only an obvious choice for me personally to make because of how heavily wolfy I was reading him and saying so.

I still don't see how the timing wasn't appropriate for village vig. And both days we voted an actual wolf which I did help.

As for alissa. She was one of the top contenders for vote the day I shot her. She was quieter and I didn't think would be a huge loss if I was wrong. Personal feelings shouldn't have played into me not shooting Sunny but they did. Also having a hard time with executing Finn for feelings reasons too.

I'm going to go ahead and point this out in Gigantic, bolded, underlined text and ask those voting for me to think about why I feel strongly enough to push Alley. I'll also add that I will not be moving my vote back to Finn out of self-prez.

Is this based primarily upon her terrible VCA or is there something more?

I feel like we learn the most from a Finn vote, but I could potentially be convinced to move it.

I'd consider this game terrible play from my end if I were actually a wolf. Not that it matters, but wolf-Stagg takes a bit more pride in my play than I do as village.

How difficult would it be to convince you to switch that vote to Alley?

Difficult from a practical standpoint ... I was serious about work. I dunno that I can catch up, and I definitely won't be around at lynch time tonight.

From a game standpoint, no opinion. Alley has been low-contact overall, so I'm comfortable lynching her.

I'm currently at 4575 where it's tied 6-6. Considering breaking the tie. Need to go check my PM. But either way I need to quit reading/posting in a few minutes.

When I first started playing years ago LIS would always crack me up by trying to vote dead players on accident. Iirc he did it as either Af so NAI.

In his honor I am now calling "unintentional" votes for dead players an LIS seance.

Screw you and your memory Crayola. Some things should be forgotten.

(Can confirm, I have been known to vote for dead players on accident.)

So today I wore my pretty sweater with the long bell sleeves since I’m not doing surgery, and sure enough, half my cases have involved butt stuff. This is not my butt stuff shirt. Idk why the receptionists have conspired against me like this, but I clearly owe them some candy or coffee or something to get back in their good graces.

Hm. The more I sit on it the more queasy that post makes. Especially if Skagg is gonna drop it and walk. Making me rethink my entire interpretation of recent-Skagg.

unlynch Alley

This is the part of the game I hate and I always wish someone would take me out before we get here.

C'mon @Stagg737 ... I gotta go in like 5 minutes and I won't be back.

I just realized I've been calling Stagg Skagg. Oops.

Motion to officially change Stagg's nickname to Skagg.
