Does your undergrad school approve those classes as fulfilling your English requirement?

I don't think they'll re-label the course as English. They have to follow the transcript. You'll probably have to e-mail individual schools to get this sorted out. It's not as if schools have never heard of this.

Pathophysiology sounds nothing like a composition course. My school also offers different substitutes for English but they always warn pre-meds to not substitute it that way as some med schools will have a problem with it.

In what world would you think that you could replace an English requirement with a Pathophysiology course? Use your head buddy. You're better than that.
