Will having only these classes done before applying make me competitive? or should i take more science classes like biochem or genetics before applying?

Inorganic/General Chem 1,2 w/ lab
Gen Biology 1,2 w/ lab
Physics 1,2 w/ lab
Organic Chem 1,2 w/ lab
8 psychology classes [more or less]
sociology
3 GED requirements (general requirements to graduate)
1 english class
1 stats class
Calc 1 & 2

More classes will look good AND prepare you for med school, but you should apply when you have fantastic essays.

You will be fine as far as meeting the pre-reqs goes, but I would probably try to get Biochemistry in before the MCAT at the least. There is no need to delay your application a year just to get more upper-levels in on your application, as long as your sGPA and cGPA are strong.
