I'm not sure if this is in pre-allo or pre-osteo. So I have a question regarding MD waitlists...if a student finds out that they get into an allopathic program, but already started a osteopathic program, can they drop out of the osteopathic program to attend the allopathic one?

Of course, all deposits and tuition is forfeited. Thanks guys for any input!

I agree. It's not like AACOMAS and AMCAS have a reciprocal policy or anything. AMCAS would not know that you started at the DO school etc.
